  • These portraits are playful, simplified illustrations created in my signature style, as shown in the product examples. They are not realistic portraits or exact reproductions of photographs.

    Each portrait is an artistic interpretation, with simplified features, poses, outfits and details. By purchasing, you understand and accept this illustration style.

  • Each person selected counts as one individual, whether an adult or a child. Unfortunately, babies cannot be included as they don't suit this particular illustration style (sorry!)

    You can also include up to two pets by selecting the relevant option.

  • After placing your order, I'll email you to request your reference photos.

    Please provide clear images showing the faces, hairstyles, clothing and any important details of everyone you'd like included. Separate photos are absolutely fine!

    If there's a particular outfit or accessory you'd love me to include, please make sure it's clearly visible in your references. Where details are unclear or not provided, I'll make creative decisions based on my own artistic interpretation.

    Please note that any delays to delivery of images will delay delivery of final artwork.

  • You're welcome to share any favourite colours you'd like incorporated into your portrait.

    All illustrations will be created in my own style, and I'll make the final creative decisions about composition, poses, colours and details to ensure a cohesive result.

  • Our adaptable methodology serves manufacturing, retail, professional services, and public sector entities.

  • These portraits are intended to be simple, characterful illustrations, rather than detailed or fully bespoke commissions.

    The pricing reflects the simplified nature of the artwork and the time allocated to each portrait.

    Requests for elaborate backgrounds, complex scenes, specific poses or extensive customisation are not included.

  • This is a digital-only product. No physical print or framed artwork will be supplied.

    You'll receive a high-resolution digital file by email, suitable for sending to a professional printer or printing at home.

    I will share some recommendations for printing services if you'd like to turn your portrait into a physical gift.

  • I reserve the right to decline requests that fall outside the scope or style of this portrait offering.

    If I'm unable to fulfil your request, I'll contact you and arrange a full refund.

  • These are minimal, made-to-order illustrations rather than fully bespoke commissions, so revisions to the finished artwork aren't included. This includes things such as changes to features, colours, clothing, hairstyles or other creative details.

    Please make sure you share clear reference photos and let me know about any specific details or preferences before I begin, so I have everything I need to create your portrait!

    Of course, if I've made a clear mistake or missed an important detail that was visible in your reference photos, I'll be more than happy to put that right :)

  • Each portrait is individually illustrated to order. I will share an estimated delivery date once I have recieved your reference images.

    Your completed portrait will be emailed to you as a high-resolution, print-ready digital file. No physical product will be posted.

    All Christmas orders will be completed and emailed by the 10th of December provided reference photos are received by the requested deadline.

  • Each portrait is a personalised, made-to-order illustration created especially for you.

    If you change your mind, please contact me within 24 hours of placing your order to request a cancellation and full refund.

    After this period, cancellations may not be possible as your commission may already be underway.

    If I'm unable to fulfil your request for any reason, you'll receive a full refund.
